Her journey of healthy living and personal healing began over 18 years ago, after her daughter was born with an array of life threatening food allergies. During the first few years of her daughter’s life, it became clear that she needed to empower herself to understand the underlying causes of what was going on for her daughter’s internal micro-biome. The conventional medicine, at that time, was unable to offer her the answers she needed to keep her daughter healthy and vital. She did not want to put a band-aid on the situation, and instead devoted herself to uncovering the key to her daughter’s health issues.

Beth graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2011 with a Certification in Holistic Wellness Coaching, and continues her studies with Functional Nutrition Alliance. Beth currently studies Bach Flower Essence Therapy with Joseph Aldo, an intuitive holistic healer focusing on the power and healing qualities of Bach flower essences. Her spiritual practice is the compass that guides her life. She immersed herself in the teachings of Sidha Yoga starting in 2000, Transcendental Meditation in 2010, and currently is studying Goddess Awakening work with her teacher Richard Axial.

“Philosophers, mystics and spiritual masters throughout the ages have said that the journey of awakening is the greatest adventure an individual can undertake and the greatest service a person can offer to her fellow humans.” Richard Axial
