Most of us get caught up on the “hamster wheel” of life and become stressed out and inevitably fall out of balance. This happens often when a person is taking care of others; and giving more of themselves then they are receiving. They are not energetically getting back from the world what they need to feel vital. Imbalance can occur when one is simply being pulled in too many directions and time is not carved out for self -care. This is where I can help. We can set up goals for you and plan to prioritize your health and wellness. When the ripple effect goes into action your happiness can affect everyone around you.

As a Health Coach, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. I work with my clients to help create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. By working together, we can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals.

My Training
I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
