From Depletion to Abundance: Managing your Everyday Life through Yoga with Luna Ray & special guest Beth Bluth

4 week Series
Every Thursday from 6:00 – 7:45pm
April 30th – May 21st

Do you ever find yourself depleted, exhausted, over committed, or stagnant? This series will highlight specific yoga remedies that can simply and efficiently balance out depletion from life’s habits and circumstances. Each week, we will experience a yoga practice designed to energetically counter-act common depleted states. Through specific asanas, pranayam, essential oils and more, we will skillfully work with shifting our internal energy, prana (life force energy), to re-charge ourselves effectively in response to energy drain. We will then explore the science behind what we did and why. The class will culminate with looking at what techniques can simply weave in to our unique and full lives to give us more energy day to day.

WEEK 1- Overstimulated/Over-extended/Over committee

WEEK 2- Stuck/Stagnant/Lack of Creative Energy

WEEK 3- Depleted/Drained/Exhausted
